1. Scope

 

1.1 These terms apply to every visit to Fuplemot.com and to every order placed through the website, by email or by phone. Any additional or different terms proposed by a customer only apply if we have agreed to them in writing beforehand.

 

1.2 By placing an order with us you accept these terms in full. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your own records.

 

1.3 We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

 

2. Who we are

 

2.1 Fuplemot is the online store of Bedrijfskleding-Verkoop VOF, a company based in Haarlem that supplies work shirts, work pants and related safety clothing to both individual customers and businesses.

 

2.2 We may adjust, expand or temporarily limit parts of the website or our product range whenever this is reasonably necessary.

 

3. Your account

 

3.1 To place an order you may be asked to create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything that happens under your account.

 

3.2 Creating an account is free and does not obligate you to place an order. We may ask for extra information to confirm an order, for example to check stock availability for a bulk order.

 

3.3 Please keep the details in your account accurate and up to date, including your delivery address and contact information.

 

3.4 Automated tools, scripts or bots may not be used to browse the website, check stock or place orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to have been placed this way.

 

3.5 Text, images and other content on Fuplemot.com may not be copied or reused without our prior written permission.

 

4. Placing an order

 

4.1 An order is placed once you complete checkout and confirm payment. Your order is an offer to buy, which we are free to accept or decline, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock.

 

4.2 You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order comes in. This confirms that we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. The agreement is only final once we send a separate confirmation that your order is being processed, or once we ship the items to you.

 

5. Shipping and delivery

 

5.1 We ship orders from our warehouses in Germany and France. We currently deliver to addresses within the Netherlands only.

 

5.2 We offer two shipping options at checkout:

 

Free shipping, insured, with a delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.

Express shipping, insured, at a cost of 4.95 euros, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.

 

5.3 We aim to hand over your order to the carrier within a few working days of receiving payment, unless a longer lead time is stated on the product page, for example for larger bulk orders. The delivery times above start from the moment your order is shipped, not from the moment it is placed.

 

5.4 We work with established carriers to get your order to you. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

 

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

 

6.1 If you are a consumer buying for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with Dutch and EU consumer protection law. This right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to items ordered in bulk for business purposes.

 

6.2 To return an item, please contact us at info@fuplemot.com and we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return label. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original labels and packaging where possible.

 

6.3 Once we receive your return in good order, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used to order, normally within 14 days.

 

6.4 If an item is returned without its original labels or in a condition that shows more than reasonable use, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value of the item.

 

7. Retention of title

 

Ownership of the items you order stays with Bedrijfskleding-Verkoop VOF until we have received full payment for them.

 

8. Prices and payment

 

8.1 All prices shown on Fuplemot.com are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise, for example for certain business or wholesale orders.

 

8.2 Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We may limit the available payment methods for certain orders, such as large bulk orders.

 

8.3 Order and payment details are handled securely and only shared with the service providers we need to process your order, such as our payment provider and carrier.

 

9. Warranty and liability

 

9.1 Our products are covered by the statutory warranty that applies under Dutch law. If an item is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us so we can offer a repair, replacement or refund.

 

9.2 Our liability towards you is limited to the value of your order, except where damage results from intent or gross negligence on our part, or in cases involving injury to health where liability cannot legally be limited.

 

10. Refunds and exchanges

 

10.1 Approved refunds are paid back automatically to the payment method used for the original order.

 

10.2 If you would like a different size or colour instead of a refund, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order on Fuplemot.com for the item you actually want.

 

10.3 Any questions about a refund can be sent to info@fuplemot.com.

 

11. Data protection

 

We handle your personal data in accordance with Dutch and EU privacy law, including the General Data Protection Regulation. Details on what data we collect and how we use it can be found in our separate Privacy Policy on the website.

 

12. Transfer of rights and obligations

 

We may transfer rights and obligations arising from an order to a third party, for example as part of a change in how our business is organised. If this affects your order in a meaningful way, you are entitled to cancel it at that point.

 

13. Outstanding payments

 

We may assign an outstanding debt to a third party, such as a collection agency, if a payment for an order is not settled.

 

14. Final provisions

 

14.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements between Bedrijfskleding-Verkoop VOF and its customers.

 

14.2 If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect, and the invalid part is replaced by a provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.

 

14.3 Consumers within the EU can also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

 

15. Promotions and discount codes

 

15.1 We may run promotions or offer discount codes from time to time. The specific terms of a promotion are communicated at the time it is offered, for example by email or on the website.

 

15.2 Discount codes are personal, cannot be combined with other offers, and may not be shared publicly. We may cancel or adjust a promotion if we notice misuse, technical errors or abuse of a code.

 

15.3 Only one promotion, discount code or offer can be used per order, and none of these have any cash value.
