RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returning or exchanging an item

 

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. We process returns within a few working days of receiving them back at our warehouse.

 

How to return your order

 

Send us an email at info@fuplemot.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. We will confirm your return by email and let you know how to send the item back to us.

 

Please return items unworn, unwashed and, where possible, with the original labels and packaging still attached.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the conditions above, we will refund the purchase price to the payment method you used for the original order. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

 

Exchanges

 

If you would like a different size instead of a refund, let us know in your return email and we will arrange this for you where the item is in stock.

 

Right of withdrawal

 

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under Dutch and EU consumer protection law. To use this right, simply contact us at info@fuplemot.com within this period.
